Our history

Albatron was set up 20 years ago as a research and design studio with the aim of offering a consultancy and development service in electronics and related management software.

The company, based in Verduno, in the province of Cuneo, decided to concentrate its experience on the production of the devices themselves, working alongside external partners specialising in production. This development model has enabled Albatron to assist not only companies requiring support in terms of analysis and research but also those needing a facility dedicated to fine-tuning the electronic equipment to be adopted.

Mission

'At a time like ours when electronics and technology are a fundamental part of our lives and jobs, the mission we have set ourselves is to promote the use of consumer electronics in industry, a sector which is still perhaps too reticent' says Roberto Ferretti. Consequently, it is necessary to review the automation systems used up to now in order to optimise the entire production process. That's why we're trying to find solutions that make it possible to establish a link between these two worlds, because as the graphics and usability of certain products change, so do the programming technologies, computer languages, etc., that manage the systems. Today, more than ever, there is a need to develop tools that can be updated frequently, without having to start from scratch.
